This project involved a complete redesign of the user interface for a package delivery app used by drivers working with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Shopee. The goal was to modernize the user experience, streamline the delivery workflow, and boost productivity throughout the day.

The interface was reimagined with a color palette that balances contrast, readability, and clear status indicators. Functional icons, accessible typography, and reusable components were implemented to ensure consistency and speed in daily use.

Microinteractions were enhanced with immediate visual feedback and smooth transitions, making the experience feel responsive and polished. The redesign elevated the overall perception of the platform and contributed directly to greater logistical efficiency and satisfaction among frontline delivery workers.
