SyOS Easy is an application developed to optimize temperature and humidity control in refrigeration equipment such as cold rooms, freezers, and refrigerated display cases, especially in environments like supermarkets. By using Internet of Things (IoT) technology and Artificial Intelligence, the app provides real-time monitoring, automatic alerts, and detailed reports to prevent product loss and ensure quality preservation.

UX Challenges and Strategies The main challenge was to turn complex technical data into accessible, actionable information for users with varying levels of tech literacy. To address this, we designed an intuitive interface that prioritizes clarity and ease of use, enabling users to quickly check equipment status and receive real-time alerts about any temperature deviations.

The visual identity of SyOS Easy was crafted to convey reliability and modernity. We chose a color palette that helps users easily distinguish alert levels and equipment statuses, along with readable typography to improve overall legibility. A responsive design ensures a consistent user experience across devices, from smartphones to tablets. Results Achieved The result is an app that not only simplifies efficient cold chain monitoring but also helps reduce waste and optimize operational processes. With a user-friendly interface and robust features, SyOS Easy has become an essential tool for businesses in the food retail sector
